Argos Community Schools has established the following goals for the 2025-2026 school year.

• Technology: Continue to implement the use of student and teacher devices for the school year. 

  • iPads for Students
  • MacBooks and iPads for teachers
  • New wireless infrastructure (Schools Parking Lots, Athletic Facilities)
  • Update Apple Classroom TVs
  • Update Classroom Projectors
  • Update and Install Signage
  • Improved Buildings Security and Camera System
  • Upgrade Switches and Classroom Wiring

• Financial Goals

  • Develop & Implemement a 2026 district wide budget that provides financial stability for Argos Community Schools
  • Implement savings and efficiencies in the Operations Budget for 2024 & 2025 Budgets
  • Negotiate a new contract with ACTA (Argos Classroom Teachers Association)

• Special Education

  • Continue to Implement the new Special Education Structure for Argos Schools
  • Continue to Implement the agreement and educational design for special education with Triton and Plymouth Schools for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Implement and train employees in PowerSchool

• Complete Construction Projects 

  • Install new fencing for the soccer field and baseball diamond
  • Install improved drainage for the soccer complex 
  • Repair and maintain domestic water pipes, sanitary pipes, and HVAC pipes
  • Update HVAC system unit controls program

• Recovery Learning and Professional Development

  • Study tables, Alternative education opportunities
  • Additional Middle School Teacher
  • Transition to Pathways for High School
  • Continue the transition to the new iReady and iLearn State Standards and testing
